We would like to welcome our newest member of the team, Nicky.

Nicky is one of our Graduate Executive Search Consultants. He has recently moved to Liverpool from County Down in the North of Ireland. He graduated from Ulster University with a BSc in Human Resource Management and a MSc in Sport Management. Through these qualifications Nicky has gained valuable skills in employment, recruitment and talent acquisition that will benefit him in the Executive Search role. The focus of his work at JSD is to train to become an Executive Search Consultant. High quality training on the job is provided as well as an apprenticeship to further develop Nicky’s capabilities in this industry. Nicky recently based his master’s dissertation around the use of social media and hopes he will be able to use this knowledge to help JSD’s online presence. He is also a keen Gaelic footballer who loves sports and exercise.
