Healthcare science is an annual week-long programme designed to promote the amazing work of healthcare science professionals and highlight the difference they make to patients’ lives. It runs between 5th and 14th March.
What is achieved through the healthcare science week?
- A chance for NHS Trusts to tell their local community and other healthcare professionals first-hand about how science and technology is vital in modern patient care.
- It’s a valuable opportunity for existing healthcare science staff to inspire the next generation of staff by promoting the new career structures in local schools and colleges.
