We had a great day out for last week at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards where we were lucky enough to taste some of the amazing award winning cheeses.
We've worked in this industry for over 20 years, so it's great to see a thriving cheese market in these uncertain times and to keep up to date with the latest developments in the industry.
We were also lucky enough to catch up with some individuals that we've placed over the years!
A very well organised event and already looking forward to coming back in 2022.
